Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed information about our services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a courteous and effective manner.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and inviting for all visitors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
