Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash register operations with 100% accuracy.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor and back office areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and courteously.

Qualifications
