- Assist customers in navigating our products and services to find the best solutions for their needs.
- Document all customer interactions and account information accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the brand at all times.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a native-level command of English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency, including typing speed of 40+ WPM and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
