- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service processes.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Ability to pass a background check.
