Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction across all departments.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement within the customer service department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
