Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times while adhering to company scripts and policies.
- Document customer interactions and update CRM systems with relevant information.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient with computer applications and CRM software (training provided).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
