Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to resort guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process reservations, check-ins, and special requests with precision and warmth
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns efficiently using our CRM system
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence and attention to detail
- Assist with event coordination and guest activity bookings
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with reservation software and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
