Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve product and service issues by clarifying the customer's request, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution to solve it.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and department heads to identify trends and improve overall service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or specialist promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment with a positive attitude.
