Walk-in interviews are held every Tuesday & Thursday from 9 AM - 1 PM at our Atlanta office. No experience necessary – we provide comprehensive training!

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Process applications and assist with program enrollment
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve service issues
- Support community outreach events on weekends
- Adhere to confidentiality and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to Atlanta location
- Customer service experience a plus
