- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services to existing clients.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
