Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and product-related questions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns and product improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
