Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but we provide on-the-job training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access (for remote roles).
