Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming support tickets with a 100% response rate.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the senior engineering team.
- Conduct product training sessions for new team members.
- Optimize support scripts to improve customer retention rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
