Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company's social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Create and edit compelling content, including blog posts, graphics, and short-form videos for digital campaigns.
- Assist in the coordination of local community events and pop-up marketing activations in Oakland.
- Monitor website traffic and analytics to provide insights on campaign performance and audience behavior.
- Support the sales team with lead generation and customer relationship management (CRM) duties.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the local Oakland market.
- Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines and visually appealing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
