- Assist with network connectivity and security protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Document technical procedures and resolutions to improve team efficiency.
- Conduct regular system updates and patch management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Office 365.
