Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Troubleshoot: Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to internal employees and clients.
- Incident Management: Log, track, and manage all IT incidents and service requests using our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Hardware & Software Deployment: Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users resolve common technical issues independently.
- Network Maintenance: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Vendor Liaison: Communicate effectively with external vendors regarding hardware repairs and software licenses.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Availability: Must be available for the Walk-in Interview on-site at our Colorado Springs facility.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving technical issues efficiently.
