Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions via remote and in-person support
- Document all troubleshooting steps and ticket resolutions in CRM system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Conduct new employee onboarding for IT equipment and software
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and network fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends on rotation
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
