Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face screening interviews with prospective candidates in our Las Vegas and Texas centers.
- Review and verify resumes to match candidates with open positions effectively.
- Manage and update applicant databases with accurate, confidential information.
- Provide exceptional customer service and career guidance to individuals seeking employment.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to fill urgent staffing requests.
- Assist in organizing and hosting daily walk-in interview sessions.
- Utilize CRM software to track candidate progress and communication history.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation required for on-site attendance.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Must be available for immediate walk-in interviews and start dates.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
