Responsibilities
- Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Perform vital signs and basic diagnostic tests
- Manage patient records using EHR systems
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Administer medications under provider supervision
- Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-ups
- Support front desk operations and patient intake
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Medical assistant certification preferred (CMA/RMA)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency with EHR systems
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
