Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations
- Administer basic medications under supervision
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Collaborate with RNs and medical staff on care plans
- Transport patients to appointments within facility
- Respond promptly to patient call bells and needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR/BLS certification (training provided if needed)
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required
