Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while documenting all interventions
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records and electronic documentation systems
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical nursing experience (acute care preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Experience with electronic health records systems
