Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone and email.
- Assist clients with account setup, password resets, and software installations.
- Log and track all support tickets accurately in our internal CRM system.
- Document common technical issues and solutions to improve knowledge base resources.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while managing high call volumes.
- Collaborate with the full-time engineering team to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and internet connectivity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment if remote.
