- Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest software updates and security patches.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.

- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
