Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to internal staff and external clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets in our ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and actions taken in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
