- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of distributed machine learning pipelines and large-scale data lake architectures.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model compression, quantization, and inference optimization to ensure real-time performance on edge devices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for bias mitigation, transparency, and compliance with upcoming AI regulations in 2026.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with proven experience deploying LLMs and Generative AI models.
- Infrastructure: Strong background in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, large-scale problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
