What You Will Do:

- Drive code quality and technical excellence through mentorship and rigorous peer reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Research) to translate futuristic concepts into deployable code.
- Optimize system latency and resource utilization for massive scale.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Strong background in distributed systems and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and MLOps pipelines.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
