Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the design of distributed systems, focusing on microservices, containerization, and cloud-native solutions.
- Oversee the integration of advanced AI/ML models into core enterprise workflows.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and risk assessments for future technology adoption.
- Establish coding standards and best practices to ensure long-term maintainability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex technical projects (e.g., Project 2026).
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and data architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience in the FinTech or Healthcare sector is a major plus.
