Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-ML pipelines
- Research and implement novel algorithms for quantum supremacy applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit-AI integration
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum-AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging quantum machine learning paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or advanced ML systems
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning libraries
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI conferences
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, and quantum hardware interfaces
- Demonstrated experience leading technical innovation teams
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
