Responsibilities
- Design and prototype high-level quantum algorithms tailored for machine learning and optimization tasks.
- Integrate quantum computing modules with classical neural networks to create hybrid AI systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum hardware interfaces and software stacks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists to define roadmaps.
- Optimize code execution on emerging quantum processors (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil).
- Stay ahead of the curve by publishing research and attending global quantum conferences.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on deep learning architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native development tools (AWS/GCP).
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., IBM Qiskit, Google Cirq).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate theoretical physics into practical code.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
