We are looking for a visionary Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of our flagship "2026 Vision" platform. In this pivotal role, you will architect the next generation of autonomous agents and generative workflows that define the productivity landscape of the future.

Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines for advanced Generative AI applications and autonomous agents.
- Research and implement novel deep learning architectures optimized for the "2026" tech stack.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for high-volume cloud environments.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to translate the 2026 roadmap into technical reality.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning and natural language processing.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure.
