Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Create optimization algorithms for logistics and drug discovery applications
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates on quantum supremacy validation projects
- Lead open-source contributions to quantum AI libraries (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithm development
- Author patents for novel quantum neural network architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit, or PyQuil)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum simulation techniques
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into scalable implementations
