Responsibilities
- Design quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for real-world problem-solving
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists and ML engineers
- Develop patent-pending neuromorphic quantum computing frameworks
- Secure $10M+ in government/industry research grants
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Published research in quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience securing federal research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid systems
