Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms leveraging qubit entanglement and superposition principles
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for real-world applications
- Conduct advanced research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum algorithms for next-generation processors
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at premier international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
