Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum engineers and materials scientists
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum computing methodologies
- Present quarterly progress to the board and strategic investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and qubit manipulation
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (e.g., surface codes)
- Experience leading teams developing quantum hardware prototypes
- Security clearance for government quantum research projects preferred
