Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers

- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Partner with academic institutions to advance quantum error correction techniques
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum-hybrid computing ecosystems
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum technology conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum hardware systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
