Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for real-world business problems in finance, logistics, and materials science
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems in production environments
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum error correction and qubit stability research
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation data protection
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and conduct technical workshops
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing architecture design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Proven track record of publishing quantum computing research
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
- Strong background in superconducting or ion-trap quantum systems
- Knowledge of quantum machine learning algorithms and applications
