Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for practical industry applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems with 99.9% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers in prototyping
- Develop quantum-safe cryptography frameworks for post-quantum security
- Optimize qubit coherence times in cryogenic environments
- Create roadmaps for quantum advantage in specific verticals
- Secure patents and publish in Nature Physics/Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent research experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum gate operations and circuit optimization
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
