Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (e.g., photonic quantum computing)
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, or Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum supremacy
- Proficiency with quantum simulation tools (Qiskit Aer, Cirq, or TensorFlow Quantum)
- Experience with superconducting quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or D-Wave)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST quantum-resistant standards)
