Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions for 2026 deployment across finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists to prototype quantum algorithms
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor integration
- Research and implement quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols
- Present findings at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in complex mathematical modeling and simulation
- Proven track record of delivering quantum computing prototypes
