Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise deployment by 2026
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with physics PhDs and software engineers to integrate quantum-classical systems
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and academic journals
- Mentor junior researchers and publish peer-reviewed papers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction protocols
- Publication record in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level system programming
