Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Design quantum algorithms optimized for NISQ-era and fault-tolerant hardware
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum software-hardware co-design
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for practical deployment
- Collaborate with clients to identify quantum-advantage use cases
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning integration
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or industrial quantum systems development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and complexity theory
- Proven experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
