Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing solutions
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors operating at millikelvin temperatures
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to optimize quantum machine learning models
- Contribute to quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives
- Publish research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, or Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing quantum research in top-tier journals
- Experience with quantum annealing and superconducting qubit systems
- Strong background in quantum information theory and quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level system programming
