Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing quantum processors
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data encryption
- Research and implement error-correction techniques for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and technical boards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum hardware
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and parallel processing
- Track record of delivering complex technical roadmaps to executive leadership
