Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead development of quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum algorithms with machine learning pipelines
- Conduct research on quantum supremacy applications in cryptography, optimization, and simulation
- Develop quantum software development frameworks and SDKs
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and industry partners
- Drive innovation in quantum hardware-software co-design
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and complexity theory
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
