Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum circuits with error correction protocols for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum machine learning frameworks
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors operating at millikelvin temperatures
- Develop quantum encryption standards for next-gen cybersecurity infrastructure
- Partner with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 100 companies on quantum-adjacent projects
- Author patents for proprietary quantum algorithms and hardware architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial quantum system development
- Expertise in superconducting qubit architectures and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, Qiskit)
- Published work in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical quantum models into practical implementations
