Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for error-corrected qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 99.9% fidelity
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to Shor's algorithm attacks
- Lead R&D initiatives in topological qubit stabilization techniques
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish findings in Nature/Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Grover's, Shor's, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical projects
