Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Quantum)
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in quantum computing projects
