Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures optimized for fault-tolerant quantum computing by 2026
- Develop error correction protocols and quantum communication systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (e.g., photonic, superconducting qubits)
- Create scalable quantum software frameworks for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
