Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures using superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.9% qubit stability
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for pharmaceutical simulations
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum machine learning models
- Architect secure quantum-resistant encryption systems for financial institutions
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and government partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Q#, Cirq, or Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware integration
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Security clearance preferred for government contract work
- Track record of quantum patents or peer-reviewed papers
