Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Lead the high-level design of large-scale AI models and neural networks designed to power enterprise solutions in 2026 and beyond.
- Scalability & Performance: Oversee the integration of emerging technologies into legacy infrastructures, ensuring seamless scalability and zero-latency performance.
- Ethical AI Governance: Define and enforce rigorous AI ethics, bias mitigation, and compliance standards to ensure responsible deployment.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate the company's long-term 2026 vision into actionable technical roadmaps and KPIs.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience architecting solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with a focus on serverless and microservices.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
